Manage event bookings through WooCommerce

WpEvently Pro adds event booking tools to a WordPress website running WooCommerce. Customers pick tickets and book through the store's checkout. Events can be in person, virtual, or hybrid, and tickets can be sold alongside other WooCommerce products.

Bookings use the payment gateways enabled in the store. Examples include Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and more than 100 local gateways. Pro also works with custom payment methods, including PayPal, Stripe, and offline options.

Set dates and collect attendee details

Events can follow a daily, weekly, or custom recurring schedule. You can also add multiple fixed dates to one event so clients can choose a date or time before booking. These options suit classes, tours, workshops, and performances with repeated or scheduled sessions.

Build registration forms for individual attendees and use conditional logic to display fields when they apply. For example, a school name field can appear when a customer selects a child ticket. Global attendee forms can be assigned to multiple events.

Issue tickets and manage attendee records

After successful registration and payment, Pro can generate a PDF ticket for each attendee. Enable single-ticket mode to generate one ticket per order instead. Automatic confirmation emails can be configured by payment status and include the PDF ticket with company and event details.

Review event sales

Pro includes event-wise sales reports to help organizers review ticket sales. Together with the attendee dashboard and CSV export, these tools keep booking records available for follow-up and event administration.
