Paid capabilities in WPLP Cookie Consent

WPLP premium plan activates the paid capabilities in the existing add-on, so you do not need to reinstall it or move your data. Professional, Business, and Agency plans include the same paid features. Their site allowances differ, and paid plans have no traffic or usage limits.

Regional consent and advertising

Auto-detect law can select a banner based on a user’s location. Geo-targeting lets you show or conceal a banner by region. Paid plans add support for the ePrivacy Directive, UK GDPR, PIPEDA in Canada, PDPL in Saudi Arabia, APP in Australia, and 19 US state privacy laws. IAB TCF v2.4 support is for sites that execute programmatic ads.

Scanning, records, and data requests

Paid plans include unlimited cookie scans and pageviews. A weekly scan is enabled by default. The scanner finds cookies and third-party scripts, then sorts them into categories for review. Script and embed blocking can hold supported services until users give consent. Consent decisions are recorded in the site’s WordPress database.

Automated DSAR processing can find a requester’s data in WordPress, WooCommerce, and consent logs. You can export or delete the data after confirming the request. Paid plans also let you export and import cookie settings between sites, add a custom logo, and remove WPLP branding.

Shared features and site allowances

Google Consent Mode v2 and A/B testing are available on every plan, including Free. The banner can match a visitor’s browser language in more than 50 languages, and the add-on works with WPML and Polylang. These are not paid-plan-only features.

• Professional: up to 3 sites
• Business: up to 10 sites
• Agency: 25, 50, or 100 sites

WPLP includes utilities to collect and record consent. Whether a site meets its obligations depends on its settings and practices.
