Draft a form with AI

Describe the form in plain language, and the AI Form Builder can generate its fields, logic, and layout. Choose an inspiration prompt or write your own, then refine the draft with a follow-up prompt. You can also create and edit the form manually.

Configure submissions and payments

Conditional logic can show or conceal fields according to form responses. For longer workflows, use multi-step or conversational forms.
