Field mapping and record actions
Premium mapping includes custom Zoho CRM fields, custom modules, and phone fields across Zoho objects. You can also set Lead Source and Status in Zoho CRM.
- Send Zoho CRM attachments and tags.
- Assign objects to Zoho Tasks and set an object owner in Zoho CRM.
- Use Zoho Object Layouts and approval mode.
- Add an object as a campaign member in Zoho.
- Create or update an account and assign it to another object.
The create-or-update workflow checks whether an entry already exists in Zoho CRM. It updates an existing entry or creates a new record, which can help keep repeated form submissions with the matching CRM entry.
Submission context and logs
Premium features can include Google Analytics parameters and visitor geolocation with form data. Lookup utilities can retrieve a lead’s email address and phone number through email and phone lookup APIs.
Filter submissions based on user input, or send notes to a Zoho object using one or more form fields. Notes can be associated with Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Orders, or Cases. Zoho Logs display whether each submission was sent, and let you resend entries. You can also send submissions manually.
