Schedule WooCommerce product changes

WPC Product Timer Premium lets store owners set when product prices, visibility, stock condition, and purchasing availability change from the WordPress administration area. Use timers for planned promotions, product launches, restocking workflows, sale seasons, and other changes tied to a schedule.

Set timing conditions and product actions

A timer can use a defined period, a recurring period, or an exact date and time. A visual calendar helps choose dates and times. Each rule can combine up to 15 date and time conditions, including separate date and time ranges used simultaneously. Premium supports unlimited actions per product across action types when their defined time conditions do not conflict.

• Prices: Schedule sale prices and returns to regular prices.
• Visibility: Set products to visible or hidden at selected times.
• Featured status: Schedule products to be featured or unfeatured.
• Stock condition: Change products between in-stock and out-of-stock states.
• Purchasing: Set products as purchasable or unpurchasable.
• Individual sales: Enable or disable the sold-individually setting.

Visibility and purchasing controls can work together. For example, a product can be hidden and unpurchasable while customers with its direct link may still access the single product page.

Apply timer options across products

In the WordPress dashboard, open WPClever > Product Timer and select the Global Timer tab. Choose actions and timers for all products, selected categories, or products with selected tags.

Preview a schedule with the simulator

The Timer Simulator previews how a rule behaves without changing the system clock or waiting for its scheduled time. Select a product, simulated date and time, and user role to check upcoming price changes, stock behavior, or another scheduled scenario.

Set up the add-on

Install WPC Product Timer Premium on a WooCommerce website, then make a timer for a product or use the Global Timer for products, categories, or selected tags. Set the conditions and actions, then preview the configuration in the Timer Simulator.
