Create a complete catalog view for discounted products
OnSale Page for WooCommerce PRO creates a dedicated, shop-style page for products that are currently on sale. It extends the basic sale display provided by WooCommerce with the catalog functions clients expect when browsing a larger product collection, including pagination, sorting, and filtering.
This makes the PRO edition suitable for a permanent Sale or Deals section, seasonal promotions, and stores that want discounted products to be easier to browse. Customers can move through multiple pages, sort products, and narrow the results by category or attribute instead of relying on a short widget or basic shortcode output.
Catalog capabilities for sale pages
- Pagination: Display sale products across multiple pages.
- Sorting: Offer sorting settings such as price, popularity, and date.
- Filtering: Filter sale products by category and attributes.
- WooCommerce layout: Use the standard WooCommerce catalog page layout and functionality.
- Custom page content: Add promotional text or banners above or below the sale products.
- Editor compatibility: Add page content with Gutenberg or the Classic Editor.
The extension integrates with existing WooCommerce settings and themes. Content placed on the sale page is displayed alongside the sale products, allowing the page to introduce a promotion, explain an offer, or provide additional campaign context.
PRO page types and Elementor layouts
The PRO edition includes Elementor integration for building custom sale page layouts. In Elementor, create a product archive template through Theme Builder, style it, and assign it to the On sale page. This includes a way to shape the presentation of the catalog with an Elementor product archive template.
PRO also adds dedicated pages for Featured Products and Grouped Products with the same catalog functionality. Elementor conditions can be used for the On sale page, Group products page, or Featured products page. These additional page types let a store present important product collections using a consistent catalog approach.
Category-specific sale browsing
Sale products can be displayed within a specific product category using a URL parameter. For example, adding ?onsale to a product-category URL can display sale products for that category. This is useful for focused promotions such as discounted clothing, accessories, or another selected product group.
The category-specific approach can help create targeted promotional destinations while keeping the browsing behavior familiar. Visitors can use the available catalog navigation, sorting, and filtering options within the selected product area.
Installation and setup
Install OnSale Page for WooCommerce PRO on a WordPress website using WooCommerce. Create or open the page used for the sale catalog, then add any promotional content with Gutenberg or the Classic Editor if needed. For Elementor layouts, go to Templates > Theme Builder, add a product archive template, style it, and publish it with the relevant page condition.
If sale products do not appear, the publisher’s troubleshooting guidance recommends regenerating WooCommerce product lookup tables through Status > Tools > Regenerate Product lookup tables. If the sale page cannot be reached, save the WordPress permalink settings again under Settings > Permalinks.
