Move orders, subscriptions, and coupons

Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce Premium transfers order data between WooCommerce stores or from another platform into WooCommerce. It supports bulk workflows for migrations, shop updates, and recurring order management, with tools to retain order history and customer details during transfers. Coupon data can be moved between stores or organized from marketing activities.

Choose data and file formats

Import and export orders, subscription orders, and coupons as CSV, XML, or Excel files, including XLS and XLSX. For a store-to-store order transfer, use WooCommerce-format XML. XML exports can also follow formats specified by other service providers.

• Choose order statuses, subscription statuses, or coupon types for export.
• Filter orders by status, product, coupon, customer, or date range.
• Customize the fields included in an export or import selected columns from a file.

Map fields and manage custom data

Map source columns to WooCommerce order or coupon fields when files use a various column layout. Premium supports custom fields, including data from third-party plugins. During import, you can skip or update existing orders and coupons; bulk updates are available for both.

Save and repeat transfer workflows

Save import and export options as templates for recurring work. Process orders in batches, set an offset to start an export from a selected point, and review operation history. History entries can be viewed, rerun, or deleted. Logs help with debugging, and coupon-code suggestions make coupon-based filtering easier.

FTP integration supports importing and exporting orders through remote file transfers. Configure Cron Jobs to run imports or exports on a set schedule.

Subscription and plugin compatibility

Premium supports importing and exporting subscription orders for recurring order management. It is compatible with Sequential Order Number for WooCommerce, WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels, Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce, WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, and WooCommerce Order Proposal.

Set up an import or export

Add the plugin to your WooCommerce website and prepare a source file or remote FTP workflow. Choose import or export, select the data types and filters, map columns to WooCommerce fields, then run the transfer. For recurring tasks, save a template and configure a Cron Job schedule.
