WP Maintenance PRO is the paid edition of Maintenance for WordPress administrators preparing site work, a launch, or a focused announcement. Build a temporary maintenance, coming soon, or landing page, then decide how it looks and who can reach the site while it is active.

Match the page to its purpose

Choose from more than 200 PRO themes as a starting point. Add your logo and background picture, configure colors for fonts and icons, and edit the title, headline, and main text. Backstretch supports a full-screen background, and a blur effect is also available.

These controls let you present a maintenance notice during a rebuild, a coming soon message before a launch, or a focused landing page for an announcement.

Set visitor access and site status

Frontend login lets selected users reach the site while the maintenance page is active. Administrators can use their normal WordPress administrator access or create a new WordPress visitor. The admin bar displays maintenance status, and selected pages can be excluded from maintenance mode.

You can turn the 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable response on or off. When it is enabled, the site will not be visible to search engines, so review this setting before activating the page. The plugin supports popular caching plugins and includes the mtnc_load_maintenance_page_for_this_user filter to change who sees the maintenance page.

Analytics and font choices

Google Analytics support is available for the temporary page. The add-on uses Bunny Fonts. The product description states that if neither Bunny Fonts nor Google Analytics is used, no resources are loaded or shared with third parties and nothing is tracked. Using either service involves data sharing or tracking described in its terms of service.

Configure and activate the page

Install the Maintenance plugin in WordPress, open its settings, and use the builder to select a PRO theme. Add branding and text, set background and color options, select access behavior, set analytics preferences and page exclusions, then review the 503 setting for the site's needs.
