WooCommerce Google Sheet Connector PRO for Store Data Sync
WooCommerce Google Sheet Connector PRO connects a WooCommerce store to Google Sheets, where teams can organize and review store data. New orders can sync to a selected sheet as rows in real time. The connector works with default and custom order statuses, with separate tabs for statuses such as Processing, Completed, Pending, Cancelled, and Refunded. These views can support order reporting, sales analysis, inventory planning, and collaboration among store, marketing, and accounting teams.

Choose records and synchronization rules
PRO synchronizes orders, products, product variations, coupons, and customers. You can import existing orders or missed entries and select order data by status or date range. Cron-based automatic sync runs at intervals you define. For the supported record types, data can move between WooCommerce and Google Sheets in both directions.
- Include custom fields and meta fields, including data from third-party plugins.
- Create multiple feeds for different spreadsheets, with separate feeds for orders, products, variations, visitors, and coupons.
- Filter synchronization by selected product categories.
- Choose from three integration methods based on organizational needs.
Arrange sheets for review and reporting
Customize header names and choose an order-wise or product-wise row structure. You can freeze headers, set header colors, and apply alternating row background colors. Separate status tabs and feeds help teams keep order activity apart from product or customer records. Advanced error logs help with monitoring and troubleshooting. The connector is compatible with more than 50 popular WooCommerce add-on plugins.
Connect a spreadsheet and test the sync
- Sign in to Google Sheets and create a spreadsheet, or prepare one you already use.
- In WordPress, open WooCommerce > Google Sheet > Integration, choose Get Code, complete Google authentication, allow the requested Google Drive and Google Sheets permissions, then save the access code. The connection requires those permissions.
- Fetch the sheet details for WooCommerce options.
- Open WooCommerce > Google Sheet > WooCommerce Data Settings and select a spreadsheet from the available list.
- Choose order statuses, create the needed tabs and headers, then test by placing an order and changing its status.
If orders do not appear, check the Integration tab's debug log. If the log is empty, WordPress debug logging may need to be enabled in wp-config.php to show a conflict or other issue.
