Campaign rules for store activity

WPLoyalty PRO adds points campaigns and rewards to WooCommerce. Choose actions that earn points, including purchases, account signups, product reviews, referrals, birthdays, social shares, social media follows, daily logins and achievements. Conditions can set eligibility by customer role, total spend, number of orders, entries in an order, products, categories, tags, purchase history, country, language or currency.

Referrals, milestones and VIP levels

Referral campaigns can give each referrer a unique link. Existing customers can be enrolled automatically as referrers and receive their own link. After a successful referral sale, both the referrer and the referred customer can receive points or an instant reward. Email notifications can report when referral rewards are earned.

Achievement campaigns can award one-time bonuses when customers meet a defined goal, such as a spending target within a month. VIP tiers can be based on points collected, with additional bonuses or special rewards for customers who reach each level.

Redemption and program tracking

Customers can redeem points for coupons with fixed or percentage discounts, free products or free shipping. Notifications can tell customers when they earn points or rewards and when those benefits expire.

Performance tracking covers rewards, repeat purchases, points earned and spent, reward usage and other loyalty activity. Customer import and export tools can help move customer information from another loyalty system.

Language and currency support

Points campaigns and rewards can be translated. Dynamic campaign and reward descriptions can also be translated through the available dynamic translation add-on. For multiple currencies, the plugin integrates with popular WooCommerce multicurrency plugins so customers can earn and redeem points in their chosen currency.

Install WPLoyalty PRO in your WordPress WooCommerce store, then make campaigns, assign points and define the rewards customers can claim. Add conditions where campaigns should apply to specific customers or purchases, then configure any VIP tiers, achievement bonuses and notifications.
