Record tracking by order or item quantity
When an order uses one tracking number at a time, manage tracking at the order level. The number and carrier are saved in order post meta for other integrations to use. For split shipments, assign a tracking number to each purchased quantity of an item.
Edit tracking for multiple orders from the order list or add numbers in bulk. You can also export selected orders to CSV, edit tracking details and import the file. Order filters include dates, status, billing or shipping address, payment method and shipping method.
Choose from more than 80 common carriers or add custom carriers. Enable the carriers your shop uses, select one when entering a tracking number, and Trakoo Pro can generate the tracking URL.
Show shipment details to customers
Customers can see tracking numbers in the order list and order details on the My Account page. Tracking search can use an email address, order ID, tracking number or combinations of these inputs. You can set default tracking information for new orders to avoid an unavailable-tracking message before shipment details are entered.
Send a tracking email when a number is added to an order, and personalize its subject, heading and content. Shortcodes can show the customer name, order ID and shipping information. Emails can include tracking for every item in the order, not just the item that changed.
Tracking details can also appear in WooCommerce order emails when an order status changes. Choose where the details appear; custom statuses created by other plugins are supported. Email options can show carrier display names in place of real names.
Connect tracking with other services
Trakoo Pro works with the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin and additional PayPal add-ons. Carrier names and tracking numbers can be added to PayPal transactions. The extension also supports post meta keys for integrations with tools such as email designers and SMS plugins.
Use the REST API to set or retrieve tracking numbers for an ERP integration. Webhooks can update tracking data and email customers when shipment statuses change. You can schedule synchronization for tracking data on existing orders, and set an order to update automatically when all its tracking numbers reach a delivered status.
Set up a store workflow
After installing Trakoo Pro on a WordPress site with WooCommerce, configure carriers, tracking fields, email settings and visitor access. Shop managers can be granted access to selected plugin settings. Add shipment details individually, by item quantity or in bulk, then share them through customer accounts, emails and connected services.
