Advanced FAQ Manager Premium for Grouped WordPress FAQs
Advanced FAQ Manager Premium keeps related questions and answers together in FAQ sets. Each FAQ post acts as a group, with its name and questions managed in the same area. Use sets for product information, service explanations, policies, or other recurring questions, and edit or remove individual FAQs as details change.
Group questions and publish each FAQ set
Advanced FAQ Manager Premium keeps related questions and answers together in FAQ sets. Each FAQ post acts as a group, with its name and questions managed in the same area. Use sets for product information, service explanations, policies, or other recurring questions, and edit or remove individual FAQs as details change.
To create a set, go to FAQs and select Add New. Enter the group name and its questions and answers, then copy the automatically generated shortcode. Paste it into the description area of the WordPress page where the set should appear. To display the same set in a sidebar or another available widget area, paste the shortcode into a Text widget under Appearance and Widgets.
Accordion behavior and placement
FAQ sets appear in a responsive accordion or toggle layout that can follow your theme’s styling. Choose whether the first question starts open or closed, whether multiple accordion panels can stay open, and how many FAQs appear on page load. An accordion search option helps visitors find a question, and FAQ pagination is available for longer sets.
Style sets and add detail to answers
Display settings let you choose the title and content text colors and background colors. A set can override the general colors, so one FAQ group can use its own styling. You can also add multiple images to an answer with the Insert Image button, choose a title icon from the available settings, and add custom CSS.
Choose sharing and feedback controls
Social sharing buttons can be shown or hidden for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and email, with custom share title text. You can also show or hide the group’s last updated date. Enable a comment box for visitors to respond to an FAQ, or add like and dislike buttons. Clone an existing FAQ when you need a copy to edit.
Move FAQ content between WordPress accounts
Import and export support is available through the default WordPress Import/Export option in the plugin settings. Use it to bring FAQ content from another WordPress account or export FAQ content for use elsewhere.
