Super Page Cache PRO
Super Page Cache PRO extends Super Page Cache with additional controls for JavaScript, tracking parameters, lazy loading, and cache exclusions. The add-on caches HTML pages and static files on the server, so disk caching works without a CDN. Connect Cloudflare with an API key or token to deliver cached content through its edge network using Cache Rules. Free, Pro, and Enterprise Cloudflare plans are supported, with automatic purging, cron jobs, and integrated metrics.

Configure PRO performance controls
- Marketing parameters: Handle UTM, affiliate, and tracking codes to improve cache hit rates.
- JavaScript timing: Defer scripts to help eliminate render-blocking JavaScript, or delay loading until a user interacts with the page.
- Advanced lazy loading: Use viewport detection and above-the-fold optimization for supported content.
- Advanced exclusions: Exclude specific JavaScript files or pages when they need different cache behavior.
- Priority support: Get faster email response times.
Set cache behavior and purging
Choose a custom cache expiration period or set content to never expire. Exclusions can cover cookies, query parameters, URIs, AMP, feeds, and the REST API. Response-header controls and a cache buster let logged-in visitors bypass cached pages.
Enable automatic purging when content changes, including related pages. Purge HTML alone or clear the full cache, and use queue-based background processing to help prevent server overload. For a check, inspect HTTP response headers in an incognito window: x-wp-cf-super-cache reports cache when caching is active and no-cache when disabled for that page. With Cloudflare, cf-cache-status reports states such as HIT, MISS, BYPASS, or EXPIRED.
Prepare the wider performance setup
Other utilities include browser caching, lazy loading for images, videos, iframes, and background images, local Google Fonts, unused CSS and JavaScript removal, and an assets manager for enabling or disabling CSS and JavaScript on individual pages. The preloader can use sitemaps, menus, or recent posts, running manually or on a cron schedule.
Compatibility described for the add-on includes WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Varnish, OPcache, Kinsta, WP Engine, SpinupWP, and Instant.page prefetching. Disable page caching in other caching plugins such as WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, or W3 Total Cache. The plugin can be used alongside Optimole, Autoptimize, Perfmatters, and ShortPixel for asset optimization.
Install and review options
Install Super Page Cache PRO on the WordPress site, activate it, and open the plugin dashboard for settings and built-in documentation. Most users can start with the defaults. If using Cloudflare, connect the account with an API key or token. Review exclusions and JavaScript controls before enabling advanced behavior on a production website.
