Share WordPress content across social channels

AutoSocial builds on the WP LinkedIn Auto Publish workflow, adding Facebook, Google My Business, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. Configure posts, custom post types, and pages for automatic sharing, then select categories and default destinations in the add-on settings.

Choose LinkedIn destinations and format

For LinkedIn, select a personal profile, company pages where you are an administrator, or both. Choose who can see shared posts and use either simple text-based sharing or an advanced option that tells LinkedIn to use the post’s featured picture.

Set message defaults and post exceptions

Create a reusable LinkedIn share-message format with dynamic shortcodes for posts. The post meta box lets you override the default message for an individual item. Its checkbox can prevent that post from being shared.

Review LinkedIn sharing activity

Sharing entries show instances when a post has been shared to LinkedIn. You can review them on the post screen and in the posts list.

Configure AutoSocial

Install and activate the plugin, then open its settings to choose content types, categories, default destinations, and sharing preferences. Set the default message format and LinkedIn sharing style, then use the controls on individual post screens when an item needs a different message or should not be shared.
