What the ticker displays

News Ticker for Elementor Pro adds a news ticker element to the Elementor widget panel. Use it for blog posts, custom post types, notifications, links, custom messages, and other updates. You can add unlimited custom text entries and link them to selected destinations.

Choose and arrange post content

Select posts from WordPress default post types or custom post types, then set a post limit. Choose ascending or descending order and sort by date, ID, title, name, modified time, post parent ID, menu order, comment count, or randomly. Filter posts by category or taxonomy, or exclude selected posts from a specified post type. Blog post and custom ticker links can be set to open in a new tab.

Set how updates move

Choose a scrolling or typing effect. Scrolling tickers have an adjustable speed, and an RTL option supports right-to-left presentation. You can enable pausing when the pointer moves over the ticker, disable autoplay, and show or conceal the next, previous, and play/pause buttons.

Adjust the heading and design

Show or hide the heading title and personalize its font size, background, color, and font family. Add a list separator, use a FontAwesome icon, or select a custom picture for the heading. Styling options cover the ticker background, border, and font; the control buttons' background, border, and font; and the news section.

Add the ticker to a page

1. Install and enable News Ticker for Elementor Pro.
2. Open the Elementor widget panel and add the news ticker element to a page.
3. Choose blog posts, custom post types, or custom text as the ticker content.
4. Configure the effect, content order, filters, links, navigation, heading, and design options.
5. Publish the page when the ticker is ready.
