Newsletters PRO brings subscriber management, newsletter creation, sending and email history into WordPress. Consider it when a site needs more than the LITE edition’s one mailing list, 500 subscribers or 1,000 emails per month, or needs PRO capabilities such as the drag-and-drop builder. PRO also includes CAPTCHA options, new custom dynamic fields and resend controls for emails and the Manage Subscription Email link.

Lists and signup forms

Organize subscribers into mailing lists and collect signups with forms embedded in posts and pages, displayed in sidebar widgets or used offsite. The subscription forms builder supports various signup arrangements. Import and export tools help manage subscriber data.

Creating and sending newsletters

Use newsletter themes and templates, or make newsletters and templates with the PRO drag-and-drop builder. You can publish a newsletter as a post, send a post as a newsletter or create emails from the latest posts. Emails can contain one or multiple posts and attachments.

A newsletter queue and scheduling support planned sends. The plugin works with local server or SMTP mail and supports SMTP authentication. PRO also supports API integration with the publisher’s mail service providers.

Tracking and follow-up

Review complete email history and use email, link and click tracking, Bitly click tracking, and subscriber IP logging. Autoresponders and newsletters by conditions support follow-up and sending rules. Paid subscriptions are supported through PayPal and 2Checkout.

Configuration and integrations

Signup protection options include Really Simple CAPTCHA, Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, hCaptcha, and Cloudflare Turnstile. Other configuration options include custom fields, custom post types, multilingual support through qTranslate and WPML, DKIM signatures, and bounce email management with POP/IMAP handling. The plugin is compatible with WordPress Multisite and integrates with the Banner Rotator plugin.

Available extensions connect with WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Formidable, Digital Access Pass, s2Member and WP eMember. Other listed extensions cover Google Analytics tracking, embedded images and Total MS Control.

Installation

Install and activate PRO in WordPress, then enter the serial key in the plugin. If LITE is already installed, it can be deactivated and deleted after PRO is installed without losing existing data. Premade email and newsletter templates are included, and documentation is available for configuration guidance.
