MyRewards Premium extends the MyRewards points and rewards system for WooCommerce. Set up loyalty programs around the actions you want to reward, then let customers exchange their points for selected rewards.

Set rules for each loyalty program

Create multiple programs for different purposes or customer groups, and select whether they work together or independently. Each program can have its own point name or use an image instead. Customers can earn points for more than 20 actions, including purchases, registration, birthdays, referrals, product reviews, recurrent visits, social sharing, newsletter subscriptions and subscription renewals.

Social sharing rules can award points for a share or only when it brings new visitors. Newsletter subscription rewards work with MC4WP and The Newsletter Plugin. WooCommerce Subscriptions compatibility covers initial subscriptions and renewals. An ambassador system can reward customers for bringing new customers or for the spending those customers generate.

Choose rewards and set point expiry

Customers can redeem points for more than 10 reward types, including cart discounts, WooCommerce coupons, free products, free shipping and visitor roles. Advanced leveling and membership systems, badges and achievements provide additional ways to structure participation.

Timed events let you create programs for occasions such as Christmas, Easter or a site anniversary. Points can expire through inactivity, periodically or transactionally. When an order is cancelled or refunded, previously earned points can be removed. Multi-currency plugin support lets you award points differently depending on the currency used.

Manage points and display loyalty details

Store administrators can review customer point histories, adjust balances, and give points or rewards directly. Seven types of emails are available to choose from, with customizable reward emails for customers who unlock a reward.

WooCommerce integration can display loyalty information on product pages, My Account pages, cart and checkout pages, and in WooCommerce emails. More than 20 shortcodes and over 10 widgets provide other ways to place points, rewards and related information in the shop.

Connect and configure the program

Predefined wizards guide the setup of loyalty programs and timed events. Import and export tools support moving points from other loyalty extensions. The REST API can connect the loyalty system with third-party software.

Install and activate MyRewards Premium in your WooCommerce site, then use the wizards and configuration options to create programs, define earning actions, choose rewards and set where loyalty information appears. Review point histories and customer balances as the program develops.
