When a form needs guided steps or different paths
Multi-step forms divide longer questionnaires, bookings, and quizzes into stages, with progress indicators to show users where they are. Conversational forms can focus on one question at a time, and interactive forms can respond to live user input. Conditional logic uses selections and submitted values to show or conceal fields, sections, or steps.
Math logic calculates values from visitor selections and entered information, supporting estimates, orders, and service requests. Booking forms can collect dates and times with picker fields. Quiz forms can show different messages or outcomes according to scores.
Choose where and how forms appear
Add a form to page or post content, open it from a button or link, or show it in a modal popup. Sliding forms and sticky side tabs offer other placements. Automatic displays can be triggered by a time delay, a scroll position, or a visitor's attempt to leave the page. A selection of animations and icons helps shape the presentation, while responsive layouts are intended for use across devices.
After a visitor submits a form
File upload fields let visitors provide files or other files. Autoresponders, administrator notifications, email settings, confirmation messages, and built-in anti-spam controls support the follow-up process. For payment workflows, PayPal integration can be used with payment, order, and booking forms.
Set up a form
Install NEX-Forms Pro on a WordPress site and open the form builder to start a form. Add fields with drag and drop, arrange them in the grid, then configure any steps, calculations, conditional rules, notifications, or confirmation settings the process needs. Choose how the form will appear, preview its responsive layout, and add it to page or post content or configure a popup or triggered display.
