Smart Manager Pro is a bulk editing and inventory management tool for WooCommerce and WordPress. Its spreadsheet-like grid in the WordPress dashboard lets store owners, managers, agencies, and freelancers search, filter, sort, and update groups of records without opening individual edit screens. Inventory updates can change stock quantities, stock status, backorders, and related options based on a category, attribute, or another condition.

SKU auto-generation and bulk attribute assignment are available. Use append, prepend, increase, decrease, search-and-replace, or copy-between-fields operations to apply structured changes across records. These operations are described for updates to more than 100,000 records.

Orders, subscriptions, and other records

Bulk management also covers orders, subscriptions, memberships, bookings, coupons, customers, media, courses, events, SEO fields, and more. Order and subscription workflows can include status changes, CSV export, scheduling, and line-entry add, remove, or copy actions. Coupon fields include amounts, expiry dates, and usage limits.

The grid supports unlimited inline editing, including order statuses, coupon expiry dates, and featured pictures. Advanced CSV export can use filters, and product CSV import can update a catalog. Custom post types, taxonomies, custom fields, and other WordPress data can also be managed within the available records.

Installation and first use

Install Smart Manager Pro in WordPress and activate it through the dashboard. Open Smart Manager from the WordPress administration area, select a record type such as products, orders, coupons, or users, then use the grid to search, filter, edit, export, or schedule the operation.

For a focused workflow, select the relevant columns or a saved view first. Review the filtered records, apply inline or batch changes, and use edit history when you need to review or undo them.
