ASE Pro extends Admin and Site Enhancements with tools for managing structured content, controlling how it is duplicated and ordered, and handling media in WordPress. After installing the package, open the add-on options, enable the modules you need, and configure them for your content and user roles.

Define content and move posts

Custom Content Types registers custom post types, custom taxonomies, custom field groups, and options pages. It integrates with Bricks, Breakdance, Oxygen, and Elementor; it is compatible with various block themes and plugins, integrates with WPML, and works with TranslatePress.

Post Type Switcher moves one or more posts to another post type. Content Duplication covers pages, posts, and public custom post types. ASE Pro lets you choose which user roles can duplicate content, which public or non-public post types are available, and where duplication links appear.

Set the order of posts and terms

Content Order uses drag and drop to order hierarchical and non-hierarchical post types, including media and attachments. It also lets you reorder child posts, change their parent, and apply a custom order on the frontend. This capability is compatible with WPML.

Terms Order lets you arrange terms and child terms from various taxonomies by dragging them into place. You can apply the selected order on the frontend, and the feature is compatible with WPML.

Organize and replace media

Media Categories adds hierarchical categories to the media library, with drag-and-drop organization and WPML compatibility. Media Replacement replaces a media file while keeping existing links intact. ASE Pro adds replacement from the media library grid, support for a various file type or name, and replacement of image sub-sizes used in posts and options.

Media Files Visibility Control limits the documents non-administrators see to their own uploads; administrators can see all media. ASE Pro lets you select which non-administrator roles have this limitation. The extension also supports sanitized SVG uploads and can enable AVIF uploads in the Media Library.
