Build an animated hero or intro
Slider Hero Pro creates responsive hero banners, headers, landing-page introductions, text carousels, and product or service adverts. CSS3 and JavaScript effects animate the background behind slide titles and descriptions. Add one or two call-to-action buttons to a slide when needed.
Choose effects, text, and backgrounds
The Pro edition includes 80+ background animation effects and more than 800 Google Fonts with live preview. Create slides with titles and descriptions, then select text animation effects to fit the presentation. The intro builder can sequence animated text slides, set slide delays, and add background audio. Depending on its settings, an intro can redirect to another page or load a regular slider after a custom delay.
For backgrounds, choose from gradients, an image, or a background image carousel. Parallax and Ken Burns effects are available for pictures. Some animation effects do not support background images; choose an image-compatible effect when your design needs one.
Use background video or video slides
YouTube video can be used as a background. Pro video sliders support YouTube, Vimeo, and custom video documents in MP4 or WebM format, with text over video. Video settings include mute, loop, and a color overlay with adjustable opacity. You can also combine an animation effect with a YouTube video.
Video autoplay depends on sound settings and browser policy. Muted video may autoplay; when a video has sound, autoplay also depends on the visitor's history with the website. YouTube embeds may show interface components such as Watch Later, Share, and the video title. Slider Hero Pro provides an overlay technique to mitigate these elements.
Add the slider to a page
Create a slider, choose an animation effect, add its title and text, and include a call-to-action button if appropriate. Select a background image or video, save the slider, then place it with the Gutenberg Slider block, the Elementor Slider widget, or a shortcode. Preview the page to check the responsive layout, animation, text, and video behavior.
