FormyChat Premium sends WordPress form submissions to a selected WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number. Submissions can also be stored as leads in the WordPress dashboard, where you can review contact details and messages.

Choose a form setup

Use the native FormyChat form, or connect a floating widget to Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, or Fluent Forms. You can also embed supported existing forms from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, or Ninja Forms on a page or post. Desktop visitors can be redirected to WhatsApp Web, while smartphone visitors can be redirected to WhatsApp Mobile. Visitors can choose a country calling code before entering a phone number.

Configure the form and widget

Set the form header and submit button text, then adjust the form size and dimensions. For the floating widget, pick a custom icon and size, position it with top, bottom, left, or right coordinates, and edit the call-to-action bubble text, color, and background. Premium fonts and layout controls provide further options for fitting the widget to the page.

Set the greetings popup

Choose a premium popup template, adjust the heading and message sizes, and choose a premium font. Configure its on-click action to open the form or redirect visitors to WhatsApp.

Review and route leads

Lead records can include the submission date, name, email address, contact number, and message details. Form type and widget name are available as additional metadata. Search, sort, and filter entries by date range, form name, or keyword, then export leads as CSV files for offline storage or reporting.

FluentCRM integration can sync submissions to mapped contact fields, including tags and lists, for follow-up and segmentation. Email notifications can arrive alongside WhatsApp messages.

Set up the connection

After adding FormyChat to WordPress, enter the WhatsApp number, choose the native form, floating widget, or a supported form integration, and configure the form and widget settings. Save the widget, then place an embedded form on a page or post if needed. For Contact Form 7, FormyChat can disable email notifications for a selected form. The setup instructions call for proper SMTP configuration when Contact Form 7 redirection is used.
