Connect WooCommerce with Base.com
The Freemium subscription plan is listed for the dedicated WooCommerce add-on. It connects a store with Base.com, an e-commerce operating system for centralizing order, warehouse, and product information management. A free 14-day trial with access to all functionalities is also available.
Base.com connects with marketplaces, store platforms, carriers, accounting systems, communication utilities, and other e-commerce services. Through the WooCommerce integration, a store can connect with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Allegro without extra charges for additional extensions. The wider platform supports more than 300 marketplaces and more than 150 courier companies.
Keep catalog details available across channels
The plugin is designed to speed up compiling product lists and category trees. Products can be searched by name or EAN and filtered by stock range. For configurable products, variant data can be attached to the configurable parent, an approach intended to reduce API calls during product-related operations.
The integration also supports order numbers other than the standard post ID. This can help align WooCommerce order references with an external e-commerce workflow.
Coordinate orders and delivery information
Shipment metadata can be attached to orders imported from WooCommerce. When the Flexible Shipping plugin is used, the integration can pass a parcel locker number to the store and import additional delivery methods defined in Flexible Shipping.
Additional statuses from the WCJ plugin can be imported as part of the supported workflow. These companion-plugin settings determine which delivery details and statuses are available to transfer.
Platform workflows and compatibility
Base.com lists automation for order status updates, customer notifications, invoicing, and shipping. The wider platform also includes price automation, returns management, and B2B collaboration through BaseLinker Connect. The WooCommerce plugin supports WPML-compatible store setups.
