Site Reviews Premium provides access to all paid add-ons for Site Reviews, along with fast email and remote support. The base add-on assigns reviews to categories, posts, pages, custom post types and visitors, and connects reviews with WooCommerce and SureCart products.

Review collection and moderation

Review Forms lets you build custom forms with more than 20 field types, field conditions and individual review templates. Use these options to gather various information for different products, services or review contexts. Review Authors lets reviewers update their reviews from the frontend.

The base plugin can require review approval, limit submissions by email address, IP address or username, restrict submissions to logged-in members, and request review verification. It also works with notification emails to one or more addresses and spam controls including hCaptcha, Procaptcha, reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible, reCAPTCHA v3, Akismet and a blacklist.

Visitor actions and review organization

Review Actions lets visitors upvote, report and translate reviews. Review Filters includes sorting, filtering and search to displayed reviews. Review Images adds captions to submitted images and can display them in a gallery. Review translation is not supported with WPML, although review assignments can be connected across languages.

Review displays and WordPress placement

Review Themes provides carousel and grid layouts, plus custom designs made with a drag-and-drop builder. Site Reviews also includes blocks and shortcodes, with native elements for Avada Builder, Breakdance, Bricks, Divi 5, Elementor, Flatsome Page Builder and WPBakery Page Builder. Theme templates provide control over review HTML.

Displays can include rating summaries, AJAX pagination, relative dates, avatars from the WordPress Gravatar service and JSON-LD markup for reviews and ratings. The base plugin also includes a CSV importer for third-party reviews, export and import tools for review data and settings, and integrations with Polylang, WPML, MultilingualPress, GamiPress and myCRED.

Purchase reminders and review notifications

Review Notifications supports custom messages with conditions, scheduled notifications and reminder emails for WooCommerce purchases. WooCommerce and SureCart integrations connect reviews with their products, while the reminder emails are tied to WooCommerce purchases.
