LatePoint Pro is a paid WordPress booking edition for service businesses managing appointments across staff, locations, and payment workflows. Clients can book online, see appointment times in their local time zone, and view, manage, reschedule, or cancel bookings through a customer dashboard.
Appointments, teams, and services
Organize multiple locations and staff members or agents with an agent dashboard and custom roles such as Manager. Service categories, custom durations, extras, and packages help define what clients can book. Pro supports recurring appointments, group bookings, quick time blocking, and a shopping cart for booking multiple appointments at once.
Event registration and ticket settings
LatePoint's Events feature supports workshops, classes, and ticketed gatherings. Set capacity and pricing, then publish an events list or registration button with a shortcode. Registrations use the same cart and checkout flow as appointments. Pro includes multiple ticket types per event, each with its own price, and a QR code for each ticket that can be scanned or entered manually at check-in.
Payment choices and administration
Bookings can collect the full amount or a fixed or percentage deposit at booking, or use a pay-later workflow. LatePoint Pro supports Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Square, Mollie, MercadoPago, Flutterwave, Braintree, PayStack, SureCart, and WooCommerce payment processes. WooCommerce integration supports local payment methods. Pro also supports payment links, invoices, refunds, and tax settings. Payments are processed by the connected gateway, which handles the funds.
Notifications, calendars, and forms
Pro includes SMS and WhatsApp notifications, scheduled email and SMS messages, and reminders. Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar synchronization can keep booking schedules connected. Integrations with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams support automatic video meeting links. Mailchimp and webhooks connect bookings with other workflows.
Custom booking fields, address autocomplete, and custom roles help adapt the booking process and administration. LatePoint works with popular WordPress themes and is compatible with Elementor, Gutenberg, and other page builders. Available blocks include the booking button, booking form, customer dashboard, customer login, list of resources, and LatePoint calendar. WooCommerce is not required for general operation.
Set up a booking workflow
Configure services, schedules, locations, staff, and booking forms in WordPress. Add the booking experience to a page with a LatePoint block or compatible page builder, then connect the payment, calendar, meeting, messaging, or marketing integrations needed for the chosen workflow. A business can start with one location and add more locations, agents, recurring services, group bookings, packages, or payment methods as its scheduling needs change.
