Responsive Tabs Pro groups related WordPress content into tab sets for pages and posts. Add a set with the Responsive Tabs block or a shortcode. Shortcodes inside tab content can render elements such as forms, sliders, and galleries with the scripts and styles they need.

Choose a layout for each screen

Use horizontal, vertical, or accordion tabs, or select Pro’s scrollable horizontal tabs with drag-to-scroll and left and right arrow buttons. When a regular horizontal row overflows, its tabs move into a “More” menu. Vertical tabs automatically change to an accordion on mobile screens.

Pro includes four visual styles: Boxed, Underline/Line, Pill/Segmented, and Contained/Boxed. Adjust border, background, tab text, active text, and content text colors, then preview the set and choose its tab order.

Manage sets and direct users to a tab

The free version allows up to three tab sets, with unlimited tabs in each. Pro removes the set limit. In the Gutenberg block, Pro lets you add, edit, reorder, and delete tabs without leaving the editor.

Pro also includes a searchable Font Awesome icon picker with live previews, custom CSS for each tab set, and bulk updates to tab order. Link a tab to an external URL or use a URL parameter such as ?selected_tab=2 to open a specific tab.

Add a tab set to a page

1. Install and activate the add-on, then go to Responsive Tabs in the WordPress admin menu.
2. Open Manage Tab Sets, make a set, add tabs and content, and set their order and colors.
3. Insert the set into a page or post with the Responsive Tabs block or its shortcode.

Tab sets can organize FAQs, product information, specifications, or other related sections. The plugin also works with WordPress user roles and capabilities and multisite installations.
