WooCommerce products in catalog feeds

Product Catalog Feed Pro creates XML feeds from WooCommerce for Facebook Product Catalogs, Dynamic Product Ads, Facebook Shops, Instagram, Google Merchant, and Pinterest Catalogs. Each feed has its own URL, which you can add to a catalog without manually downloading and uploading a file. An auto-refresh interval helps keep catalog data updated. To exclude out-of-stock products, configure the relevant stock filter.

Default field mapping lets you generate a feed with an initial setup. You can adjust mapped fields and default values, replace capital letters in product titles, and use a variation description when one is present. Feeds can also be downloaded in XML or CSV format.

Choose products and set catalog values

Pro controls determine which products enter a feed and how selected product details are represented:

• Filter products by category, type, sale status, stock status, or tags. Type options include simple, variable, grouped, and affiliate products.
• Remove variations when separate variation listings are not needed.
• For the main ID of a variable product, set the price to the smaller price, bigger price, or first variation price.
• Set a brand for products without one or apply a global brand value.
• Set a condition when it is missing or apply a global condition value. Condition is required for feed acceptance.

Create a feed and connect a catalog

Open the add-on, select Add new feed, name the feed, and review its mapping settings. Select Generate the Feed. In the feed list, select View to open the XML feed in a new window, then copy its URL.

For a Facebook Product Catalog, make a catalog in your Facebook business account and choose Add Product Feed. Name the catalog feed, select a currency, and continue. Paste the URL copied from your website and continue again. After the upload, review any success messages, errors, or warnings, and use the Products link to inspect the catalog items. In Catalog Settings, associate the catalog with the pixel used on your website. You can then create a Dynamic Ads template.
