Quote requests for custom-priced products
Product Enquiry for WooCommerce Pro lets customers ask questions or request pricing from product pages without using the standard checkout process. It suits B2B and wholesale stores, manufacturers, distributors, catalog-only sites, and businesses that discuss prices before accepting an order.
Choose where prices and enquiry buttons appear
Replace or conceal Add to Cart controls, hide prices across the store or for selected products, and select where enquiry buttons appear. Pro includes finer control: category rules can include or exclude product groups, enhanced catalog mode controls which products show prices or Add to Cart, and conditional visibility can show or hide enquiry buttons by visitor role, product type, stock status, and other supported conditions.
Collect the details needed for a quote
The form builder supports text, choose, checkbox, radio, and textarea fields, with required-field validation, custom labels, and placeholder text. Pro adds field types and conditional logic. For example, a form can show follow-up questions based on a customer's selection, helping collect relevant product, quantity, or configuration details.
Review and route enquiries
Each submission can trigger an administrator notification and a customer confirmation email. Pro adds HTML email templates and more dynamic placeholders for product names, customer details, and submitted form data. Enquiries appear in a dedicated WordPress dashboard panel, where they can be filtered by date and exported to CSV. Customers can also add several products to the enquiry cart and submit one bulk quote request.
Place enquiry tools and connect processes
Use [gm_woo_enquiry_cart] to display the enquiry cart, or [gmwqp_enquiry_single_product] for a product-page button. To target a specific product, use [gmwqp_enquiry_single_product id="123"]. Webhooks send enquiry data to external systems using POST requests; delivery can be enabled or disabled per form. Supported use cases include CRMs, Slack, Zapier, and Make. Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 are available for spam prevention.
