Product-specific customer lists

Product Customer List for WooCommerce Premium shows customers who bought a selected product. Administrators can review the list at the bottom of the product edit page or use a shortcode to display product orders on the front end. Product-level buyer information can help with follow-up for courses, shows, recalls, and other tasks.

The add-on supports variable products, custom statuses, and High Performance Order Storage (HPOS). It is responsive, multisite compatible, performance oriented, and its functions are pluggable.

Choose and arrange buyer details

Use the options page to choose the columns shown in the customer list. Available details include:

• Customer name, email, phone number, and address
• Order number, order date, shipping method, and order total
• Quantity for each product

Search the table by any column and sort by any column. Drag and drop columns to set their order, or reset the arrangement. You can also copy the list to the clipboard or print it.

Email buyers and export the list

Send an email to all customers for a product through your preferred email client using b.c.c., or email selected customers. Export customer details to CSV, Excel, or PDF. PDF export includes page size and orientation settings. CSV documents can be used when importing a list into Mailchimp.

Shortcodes and integrations

A shortcode can display product orders on the front end, with attributes for choosing the information to show. Premium includes shortcode support by variation ID and DataTables functionality for shortcode lists, including PDF and CSV export, printing, customer email, search, and paging.

Premium supports Custom Fields, User meta, and WooCommerce Custom Fields from RightPress. It also supports WooTours, WooEvents, YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons, Conditional Woo Checkout Field Pro, Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce from Themehigh, WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor, WooCommerce Product Add-ons, WooCommerce Subscriptions, and WooCommerce Product Bundles.

Languages and store setup

The add-on is localized and WPML and Polylang ready, and includes a POT file. Included translations are French, French (France), French (Canada), Spanish, Dutch, Dutch (Netherlands), and Dutch (Belgium). Premium includes premium support and updates.

WooCommerce 5.0 or newer must be installed and activated. Install and activate Product Customer List for WooCommerce, then open its settings under WooCommerce to choose columns and adjust the list presentation. If the customer list does not appear while editing a product, enable the Product Customer List checkbox in Screen Options. Use the documented shortcode when you need a front-end list.
