Maspik Pro: WordPress Spam Protection Without CAPTCHA
For a WordPress site receiving contact requests, registrations, comments, or WooCommerce orders, Maspik Pro lets you combine local spam checks with optional cloud analysis. Most detection runs inside WordPress. Matrix and IP reputation can use cloud requests when enabled, and only enabled protection layers run. The basic process needs no CAPTCHA setup or API key.

Choose protection layers
Configure checks for forbidden keywords, email patterns, URL and phone formats, character and link limits, emojis, honeypots, Verification Keys, direct POST requests, IP blocklists, IP reputation, and proxy or VPN detection. Pro adds country and continent restrictions, language rules, and unlimited Maspik Matrix protection.
Matrix can extend local rules with cloud signals such as IP reputation, pattern analysis, heuristic detection, structural analysis, AI scoring, and threat intelligence. Local rules continue to work independently.
Cover forms and store processes
Maspik supports WordPress core forms, comments, and registration, along with Elementor Forms, Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Forminator, Ninja Forms, JetFormBuilder, Everest Forms, Breakdance Forms, Bricks Builder, Divi Contact Form, Hello Plus, MetForm, Bit Form, SureForms, WS Form, BuddyPress Registration, MemberPress, AffiliateWP, Easy Digital Downloads, and FunnelKit. Pro adds WPForms, Gravity Forms, WooCommerce Registration, and WooCommerce Checkout.
For custom PHP forms, the developer API lets you choose the fields to analyze, so technical inputs such as nonces and tokens can be left out. The maspik_is_spam() and maspik_check_spam() helpers support this workflow.
Review detections and adjust rules
The submission log records why an entry was blocked, the layer that triggered, submitted values, the detection trace, IP address and country, date and time, and page URL. Mark an entry as Not Spam or turn a blocked value into a rule. You can also log passed submissions for review.
Statistics display blocked-submission totals, detection trends, protection-layer activity, Matrix usage, and spam history. The Central Dashboard manages rules across multiple sites. Pro also includes premium support.
Set up and manage protection
Install and activate Maspik Pro, then enable the checks and integrations your forms need. Review the log and adjust rules as needed. Optional integrations such as AbuseIPDB and ProxyCheck can be enabled when you want to use those services.
