Advanced floating navigation for WordPress
Super Floating & Flying Menu is the premium version of Simple Floating Menu, designed for sites that need more than a single floating button bar. It provides a broader toolkit for building floating bars, circular fans, one-page navigation indicators, side panels, skew panels, full-screen menus, and icon rails.
The add-on is useful for contact links, social profiles, shop navigation, landing pages, one-page websites, and other situations where important destinations should remain easy to reach. Menus can be displayed across the website or limited to selected pages, posts, archives, search results, and 404 pages.
Start with ready-made menus
Choose from more than 100 ready-made menus, browse them by category or name, view screenshots, and import a styling in one click. Imported menus remain editable, so you can adapt their items and styling to your website. The premium version also reads menus created on the Floating Menus screen, allowing existing menu setups to continue being used after upgrading.
Flexible menu types and structure
- Create floating bars in 10 styles, as well as quarter, half, and full circular fans.
- Build one-page navigation indicators in 13 styles that highlight the section currently in view.
- Use left or right side panels, slanted skew panels, icon rails, and full-screen menus with one, two, or three columns.
- Add submenus up to three levels deep, with seven ways to open them.
- Build a menu independently or use an existing WordPress navigation menu.
Menus can include buttons, tooltips, logos, site information, search, social icons, footer text, badges, and panels built in Elementor. A logged-in visitor’s avatar and name can also be used in a panel header.
Animation, targeting, and responsive controls
Use animation to give navigation a more distinctive presentation. Available settings include floating-bar entrance effects, trigger-button hover and idle animations, panel entrance and exit effects, wave transitions, a Morphin effect for full-screen menus, and animated hamburger icons.
Display rules can be based on login state, user role, device, language, or a schedule. Menus can also appear after scrolling or remain hidden while a visitor scrolls down. Separate sizes and spacing for desktop, tablet, and mobile help you adjust the presentation for different screens.
Design and management tools
- Choose from seven icon packs, more than 13,000 icons, animated hamburger icons, or your own images.
- Use 11 button shapes and personalize colours, typography, spacing, shadows, borders, and hover states.
- Set menu width, offsets, alignment, trigger position, and show behaviour.
- Import, export, duplicate, or convert menus between supported menu types.
- Load scripts and styles only on pages where a menu appears.
The plugin supports translation-ready menu text, WPML, RTL layouts, and serving Google Fonts from your own server. Developers can also use available hooks and filters.
Installation and setup
Install and activate Super Floating & Flying Menu in WordPress, then open its menu-building area. Start with a template or make a menu from scratch, add your buttons or menu items, configure the layout and display rules, and preview the result before publishing it. Existing Simple Floating Menu menus can continue with the premium plugin active.
