Fields and details in each record
Pro stores and shows all submitted fields, including custom fields. The free version also saves custom field values, but only displays fields with the IDs name, email, and message.
Each record includes the submitted values, the page where the form was submitted, and the submission date and time. It can also include when the submission was read, when applicable.
Use saved submissions
Export stored entries as CSV, the available export format, or create WordPress posts directly from submitted form values. The dashboard includes a place to review submissions and access these Pro workflows.
Compatibility and setup
Contact Form DB Pro is compatible with Divi 5 and Divi 4. Divi 4 requires version 4.13.1 or later. Install and activate the add-on, submit a Divi contact form, then open Divi Form DB in the WordPress Dashboard to review its recorded values and details.
