Choose fields and arrange the form
Create unlimited custom fields for feedback, support requests, quotes, job applications, surveys, and other user messages. Add pre-built elements, including an e-sign field, and set core fields such as name, email, subject, and message to show, conceal, or disable. Choose required fields, validate phone number formats, and set default subject or message text.
Reorder fields with drag and drop, adjust form width, arrange fields in two columns, or display a form in a popup. Tooltips, placeholders, alignment controls, submit button styling, and popup animation let you adjust the presentation. File attachments, multi-language support, and RTL readiness are also included.
Direct messages and manage email
Department routing adds a selection field so users can direct a message by topic or team. Send submissions to the default administrator or a custom address, and copy messages to specified email recipients. Email notifications can include sender details such as IP address, timestamp, referral source, and browser or device information. Pro adds a Reply to email header and customized automatic replies.
Logged-in users’ fields can be pre-filled. Add customizable terms and privacy checkboxes to collect the acknowledgments your form requires. These controls help configure a privacy process; review the wording and settings against your own requirements.
Configure validation, spam controls, and analytics
Use Captcha or reCaptcha, the Honeypot field, and Limit Attempts to control spam and submission frequency. Google Analytics integration can track form submissions. A settings panel is also available for adding custom code.
