Choose meeting formats and locations

Create one-to-one, group, or recurring meetings. Set appointments to take place online, in person, by phone, or at a custom location. These settings suit freelancers, clinics, salons, fitness instructors, consultants, educators, agencies, and service businesses.

Set availability and manage hosts

Define weekly hours or availability for specific date ranges and future dates. Configure meeting durations, date overrides, buffer times, booking frequency limits, and custom attendee questions. Time-zone handling adjusts scheduling information for attendees, and time zones can be locked when needed.

Assign hosts to bookings and set their access permissions. Hosts can manage their meetings, bookings, availability, and integrations. Administrators control host access and manage the booking setup.

Publish booking pages and connect forms

Use a WordPress shortcode to place a booking calendar on a page. Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, and Gravity Forms integrations provide additional options for collecting attendee details.

Connect calendars, payments, and other tools

Connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook Calendar to scheduling processes. CRM integrations include Zoho, AWeber, and FluentCRM. Virtual meetings can use automatically generated Zoom or Google Meet links.
