Set up a subscription form

1. Install the selected paid plan on a WordPress site and create a form.
2. Choose a template or custom design, then set the form text, colors, background, layout, provider connections, and submission behavior.
3. Add the form with its shortcode, embed it in a page or widget area, or place it inline.
4. Before publishing, configure the thank-you screen, any redirect, local lead tracking, and any provider tags or groups you need.
