WooCommerce product data management

WooCommerce Product Import Export Plugin Pro for WooCommerce provides a structured way to move, update, and maintain product data through import and export files. It is designed for shop owners who need to migrate products between WooCommerce stores, refresh catalog information, or manage large batches of products without editing each item individually.

The paid edition supports simple, variable, grouped, external, subscription, and custom product types. It also supports WooCommerce bookings, along with product details such as prices, stock, categories, tags, attributes, pictures, gallery images, reviews, custom fields, third-party plugin fields, and hidden meta.

Flexible import and export processes

Choose XML, CSV, or Excel formats for product transfers. You can export a complete catalog or use filters to select products by category, tag, product, status, stock status, or product type. Specific product selection is useful when only part of a catalog needs to be reviewed, edited, backed up, or moved.

For imports, the plugin can bring product files into WooCommerce from a direct upload, a URL, or FTP/SFTP. It can also export product images as a separate ZIP file. These options support practical workflows such as moving data between stores, preparing catalog changes in a spreadsheet, and transferring picture files alongside product records.

Mapping, transformation, and bulk updates

Automatic column mapping helps connect file columns with WooCommerce fields. When your source data needs adjustment, field mapping and transformation tools let you prepare values during import. The plugin also supports bulk editing and evaluation of data as it is imported.

Use an updated file to change product prices, stock, categories, tags, attributes, and other product information in bulk. This makes the plugin suitable for inventory updates, catalog corrections, product synchronization, and recurring data maintenance. Automatic scheduled import and export can help organize repeated transfers.
