Order documents from WooCommerce orders

WebToffee's WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips & Credit Notes solution provides paid editions for various order and fulfillment documents. Document types and advanced functions are split across editions, so you can install the one that covers your store's needs.

Create documents from the WooCommerce order page, then print or download them. Bulk printing is available for invoices and labels. PDF invoices can be attached automatically to order confirmation emails, and clients can download invoices from the My Account page. Email options vary by document: the invoice edition can attach credit notes to refund emails, while picklists and proforma invoices can be attached to order status emails.

Choose an edition for your process

• PDF Invoices, Packing Slips & Credit Notes: Create and print invoices and packing slips, add a Pay Now link to invoices, customize invoice numbering, and generate ZIP reports for invoices, packing slips, and credit notes. The paid edition can make credit notes automatically and attach them to refund emails.
• Customizer for WooCommerce Invoices: Adapt invoice layouts with multiple templates, a visual editor, block-based customization, and code editors.
• Shipping Labels, Dispatch Labels & Delivery Notes: Generate fulfillment documents, place multiple shipping labels on one page, add product and order metadata, adjust label sizes, and add a print button to order status emails.
• Address Labels: Print labels for shipping, billing, sender, and return addresses, with controls for label size, layout, and layout elements.
• Picklists: Create or customize templates, group products by order or category, add product metadata such as SSN or VAT, and attach picklists to order status emails.
• Proforma Invoices: Generate proforma invoices and attach them to order status emails. Set invoice numbers, group products by category, and add due dates, special notes, transport or sales terms, and a custom footer.

Numbering, taxes, and packing

Invoice numbering can use the WooCommerce order number or a custom sequence with prefixes, suffixes, and a chosen number length. The paid invoice edition works with yearly number resets. Add custom fields and tax details such as VAT, GST, or ABN to supported documents, and control how bundled products appear.

Packing options include box packing, one package per order, or packing items individually. UBL and XML invoices are available for stores that need those formats. PrintNode integration supports remote printing.

Languages and setup

The editions support WPML and include language support such as French, German, and Danish. Unicode and right-to-left language support is available with the mPDF add-on.

Install the edition that provides the document types you need. After activation, configure its document settings, choose or customize templates, and set when documents should be generated, printed, downloaded, or emailed. Check numbering, tax fields, packing preferences, address details, and email attachments before using the workflow for active orders.
