WooCommerce Product Export Premium Version works with WP All Export to prepare product data for spreadsheet editing, product feeds, bulk updates, and moves between WooCommerce stores. Select the products and fields to include, then arrange the export for its destination.

Export formats and destinations

The free version supports CSV and simple XML. Premium adds Excel exports in .XLS or .XLSX formats, custom XML feeds, and a Google Merchant Center product-feed template. You can also send product data to Google Sheets through Zapier for shared editing and analysis.

Choose fields, filters, and variations

Use the drag-and-drop editor to choose export columns, then rearrange, rename, or combine them. Product fields created by themes, extensions, or add-ons can be included. Embedded PHP functions let you create custom columns or modify exported data.

Premium filters can target product fields, including fields added by third-party plugins or add-ons. Set a single condition, combine conditions, or nest them; date filters can use relative values such as “last week” or “last month.” Export WooCommerce fields such as attributes and variations, with the option to include parent products, variations, or both.

Use exports for editing and store moves

For bulk edits, export product data to a spreadsheet, make changes in Excel or Google Sheets, then import the file back into WooCommerce with WP All Import. To move products between stores, the export can include a bundle with import instructions that WP All Import uses to configure the import at the destination.

Schedule and connect export processes

Run recurring exports with server cron jobs or use the automatic scheduling service through the plugin interface. Zapier can connect a completed export to actions in thousands of external applications, such as uploading a file or sending it by email.

Create a product export

1. In WP All Export, go to All Export › New Export and select WooCommerce Products.
2. Choose the columns, arrange or modify them, and add filters if you want to limit the products.
3. Select an export type, such as CSV, Excel, or a feed format.
4. Run the export, then download or use the resulting file.
