Prepare WooCommerce order data for spreadsheets, external applications, bulk edits, or a move to another store. Use the drag-and-drop tool to select and arrange export columns, combine fields, or rename them for the destination.

Free exports and Premium additions

The free version exports standard order fields to CSV or XML. It also works with changing export fields, bulk editing order data in a spreadsheet and importing the changes with WP All Import, and moving orders between WooCommerce stores.

WooCommerce Order Export Premium adds Excel files in XLS and XLSX formats, filters, scheduled exports, Zapier connections, custom PHP functions, and access to all WooCommerce order fields. That includes order entries, taxes, shipping, fees, discounts, and custom data added by themes, plugins, or extensions. XML exports can be arranged for systems with specific structural requirements.

Select orders and shape the data

Build filters from combinations of order fields, including fields added by add-ons and add-ons. They can select an individual order, orders in a date range, new or changed orders, or another group that fits the export task. Use custom PHP functions to modify exported data or apply conditional logic when field selection alone is not enough.

Run an export when needed or set it to repeat. Scheduling is available through the automatic scheduling service after sign-up, or by configuring cron jobs on your server. For delivery to other applications, Zapier can use export completion as a trigger and send order data through configured actions, including to Google Sheets.

First export

In WordPress, go to All Export › New Export and choose WooCommerce Orders. Select the columns, set any filters, choose an output format, then execute the export and download the file. To edit orders in bulk, change the spreadsheet data and import it back with WP All Import.
