Build forms around visitor input

Forminator Pro is a visual drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Create contact, order, payment, email, feedback, application and registration forms, then add fields for the information each workflow needs. Pro unlocks all form fields and premium add-ons from the start.

You can also make custom login and registration forms, or let visitors submit post ideas from your site’s front end. Multi-file upload fields can limit file types, file count and individual file size. Field groups support repeatable entries such as employment history or event attendees, while date restrictions can limit calendar choices to selected days or ranges.

Collect opinions, answers and calculated results

Polls collect visitor opinions through configurable settings and can show live results in charts and graphs. Quizzes can test knowledge or use a no-wrong-answer format; an optional lead form collects participant details, and visitors can share quizzes on social media.

Calculation forms use submitted information to return tailored results, collect leads or take orders. For example, an order form can account for size, color, price and tax variations. Other uses include BMI or calorie calculators, loan calculators, due date calculators, service estimators and return-on-investment calculators.

Accept payments and subscriptions

Stripe and PayPal integrations support payments, donations, down payments and merchandise sales. After you enter the relevant publish keys, you can configure fixed or variable payments. Stripe’s Dynamic Payment Element works with more than 40 payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, and lets you manage which options visitors see.

Forminator Pro adds Stripe subscription forms for recurring payments. Visitors can choose plans or pricing and billing cycles; forms can also include custom upsells and an optional free trial. Subscription form data syncs with the connected Stripe account.

Add signatures, PDFs and location input

The Pro e-signature field lets visitors sign with a mouse, trackpad or finger on a touch device. Use it for applications, contracts and other forms that need a signature. Pro also includes dynamic PDF generation and geolocation with autocomplete for location-related input.

Configure and publish a workflow

Choose a form, poll, quiz, calculation or payment workflow, then add fields and adjust its settings in the visual builder. Add Stripe or PayPal settings when collecting payments, or select the Pro utilities needed for subscriptions, signatures, PDFs or location input. Add the finished item to a WordPress page or content area, including with the Forminator block in Gutenberg.
