Build social icon sets for WordPress
Easy Social Icons Premium lets you create social link sets from uploaded icons or Font Awesome icons. Add a social URL and link target for each icon, then arrange icons with drag-and-drop controls. Set their dimensions, margins, alignment, and horizontal or vertical layout, and create multiple sets with different options.
Add a set to a page or post with the [cn-social-icon] shortcode, use the Easy Social Icons widget in a sidebar, or place icons in a theme file with the PHP template tag. Premium placement options include sticky floating icons on the left, right, or bottom of the screen, inline placement, and enhanced widget controls.
Adjust appearance and size
Premium styling options include shadows, gradients, 3D effects, custom shapes, hover animations, and color transitions. Bounce, fade, and zoom effects are available for entrances and hover states. Set custom pixel sizes, including separate sizes for tablet and mobile layouts, and display text labels beside icons.
Premium icon libraries add custom-designed choices for different site themes, with regular additions of social platform icons. The plugin works with SVG icons and lazy loading. SVG uploads require the WordPress unfiltered_html capability. Google Social Profile Links are also included.
Sharing and network support
Social sharing tools include one-click sharing buttons for posts and pages, share counts, and predefined templates with customizable styles. Multi-website support lets you use social icons across networked sites, with centralized social sharing control for WordPress networks.
Set up and display icons
Install and activate the add-on, then open its settings and instruction area in the WordPress admin menu. Create an icon set, upload icons or pick from the available libraries, enter social URLs, and arrange the icons. Choose the shortcode, sidebar widget, or PHP template tag to place the set, then adjust its style, size, animation, and placement.
