Books Gallery Pro is the paid edition of Books Gallery for WordPress sites managing larger book collections. The free edition supports up to 30 books; Pro supports unlimited books with pagination. Books already added in the free edition remain available after upgrading.

Import and organize book entries

The free edition includes ISBN import through Open Library. Pro adds Google Books API import through the available connection and CSV bulk import for hundreds of book records from a spreadsheet.

Present titles and connect them to retailers

• Add up to 15 sale or affiliate links to each book so visitors can choose a retailer.
• Enter an Amazon Associates tracking ID in the settings to append it automatically to Amazon buy links across the gallery.
• Use the Author Panel to display authors in a grid with circular photos and bios. Each author page can show that author’s book collection.
• Build sliders and carousels for featured books, recent titles, or books in a category.
• Add book reviews and star ratings so visitors can rate and review titles.
• WooCommerce integration is available in the free edition. Pro adds a dropdown for selecting a connected WooCommerce product instead of copying its URL.

Control downloads and book details

Download permissions let you restrict selected digital content to logged-in visitors. Automatic Book Schema markup can provide structured details such as a book’s title, author, ISBN, and star rating for eligible search presentation; eligibility does not guarantee a particular search result.

Display the catalog

Install and activate the plugin, then open its book management area to add or import titles. Configure retailer or WooCommerce links and download permissions as needed. Add [wp_books_gallery] to a page or post to show the catalog. To show one category, use a shortcode such as [wp_books_gallery category="fiction"].
