Connect accounts and organize feeds

Feeds for TikTok Pro extends Feeds for TikTok with more ways to present videos on a WordPress site. Connect TikTok accounts through the TikTok API. You must be able to log in to and authorize each account. Combine videos from multiple accounts in one feed, or create separate feeds with various settings for different pages or site sections. Feed and account data are cached.

Choose videos and playback

Include or exclude videos by hashtag or phrase, then sort them by popularity or show them in random order. Choose a layout such as masonry or carousel, show captions, and add a Load More button for users to request additional videos. Pro can play videos as .mp4 files in a clean player instead of an iframe.

Where can you place and style a feed?

Adjust the feed size, colors, and other display settings in the customizer. A feed can show an account name and avatar above a grid of video thumbnails; selecting a video can open it in a popup lightbox. Add a feed with the shortcode [sbtt-tiktok feed=1] in a text or shortcode block, use the TikTok block in the block editor, or place it in a sidebar or widget area.

Set up a feed

1. Add and activate the Pro plugin in WordPress.
2. Open the Feeds for TikTok settings page and authorize an account through the TikTok API.
3. Create a feed and choose its display settings.
4. Place it with the TikTok block, shortcode, or a widget area.

The add-on retrieves new videos through its service. If a feed does not appear, check the browser console for JavaScript errors. Disabling other extensions or switching themes can help identify a conflict.
