Advanced Product Labels for WooCommerce Premium
Advanced Product Labels for WooCommerce Premium assigns custom messages to selected products, such as sale notices, shipping details, stock information, or bestseller labels. Conditions determine which products receive each label, and multiple labels can appear on one product.

Match labels to product conditions
Rules can use product name, category, sale status, stock status, bestseller position, price, and total sales count. Paid conditions include product age, stock quantity, sale price, specific attribute values, Schedule, and User Role. Labels can also be assigned to individual products when a general rule does not fit.
Schedule controls when a label appears using optional From and To values, which can suit a time-limited promotion. The condition was previously called Date Time; existing Date Time rules continue to work without being re-saved.
Choose a template and adjust its design
The add-on includes 30 CSS templates, 12 advanced templates, and 14 image templates. A size multiplier scales complex label designs, while image-based labels can use a custom image. Design controls include background and text colors, opacity, gradients, shadows, borders, font size and family, dimensions, padding, margin, line height, and z-index.
Place labels in the title area or adjust their position, then rotate them from -90 to 90 degrees. These controls support different label sizes and placements across product pages and catalog listings.
Set label content and timing
Label content can use custom text or a discount percentage type. The Advanced Content addon works with links in labels, and shortcodes can be used in label content. Tooltips can contain an image to provide extra information. Discount timers show time left for a promotion; discount-type labels can also show a custom image.
For example, a store can use sale price or sale status for discount messaging, stock quantity for inventory notices, product age for newer entries, or attribute values to target a product group. A Schedule rule sets when a campaign label appears.
Install and configure the plugin
WooCommerce must be installed and active. Install and activate the plugin in WordPress, then configure labels under WooCommerce > Product Labels. An admin-side demo is available for configuring options and checking the results.
Compatibility has been tested with Advanced AJAX Product Filters, Load More Products for WooCommerce, Brands for WooCommerce, Grid/List View for WooCommerce, and Min and Max Quantity for WooCommerce. Themes developed according to WordPress and WooCommerce guidelines are generally compatible, though compatibility with every theme is not stated. If an issue occurs, preliminary troubleshooting includes testing with a WordPress default theme, deactivating other extensions, and checking the relevant WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, and plugin versions.
