How Contact Form 7 HubSpot Pro Connects WordPress Forms
Contact Form 7 HubSpot Pro connects Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Contact Form Entries, and other supported form add-ons with HubSpot CRM. Create a feed for a form, select a HubSpot object, and map the form fields to the fields on that object.
Send WordPress form entries to HubSpot
Contact Form 7 HubSpot Pro connects Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Contact Form Entries, and other supported form add-ons with HubSpot CRM. Create a feed for a form, select a HubSpot object, and map the form fields to the fields on that object.
Supported objects include Contacts, Companies, Tasks, Tickets, Deals, Leads, Carts, Orders, Invoices, Listings, Services, Courses, and Custom Objects. The integration can make an object when no matching record exists or update the existing record. Fields that cannot be mapped directly can be sent as notes on the HubSpot object.
Configure fields, submissions, and relationships
Pro options include custom fields, custom objects, custom lists, phone number fields, and file attachments. Field mapping has no fixed limit. Filters let a feed select entries by submitted values, such as sending only entries with a work email address. Submissions can go to HubSpot automatically when a user submits a form or be sent manually later.
Objects can be associated, including linking a contact to a deal, lead, order, invoice, ticket, task, or company. A company can also be assigned to a contact, order, ticket, or task. Deals and tickets can be updated in HubSpot.
Use HubSpot forms and CRM options
With enhanced form mapping, a WordPress form can submit as a HubSpot online form: make a feed, map HubSpot form fields to WordPress form fields, and let the plugin process the submission. User web activity can also be tracked directly in HubSpot.
Pro capabilities include HubSpot Contact Lists and Workflows, assigning a pipeline and stage to an object, and tracking gclid, UTM parameters, and geolocation when a form is submitted. The plugin can also look up a customer's email address and phone number through popular lookup services.
Connect an account and verify a feed
In WordPress, open HubSpot Accounts and add an account using OAuth 2.0 or a private HubSpot app. Then open HubSpot Feeds, create a feed, select the form and HubSpot object, and map the fields. Send a test entry and check HubSpot Logs to see whether it was sent. Logs record each submission's status, and entries can be resent when needed.
