Build table rates from order details

Advanced Shipping Rates for WooCommerce Premium creates shipping rules from product and cart details such as weight, size, volume, dimensions, price, quantity, shipping class and product-specific fields. Premium selectors add volumetrics, combined dimensions, length plus girth, product categories and tags, user roles, cart totals, dates, times, zone regions and ZIP or postcode values.

Each rule can calculate a shipping rate, offer free shipping or a flat rate, or disable a shipping method. Combine conditions with AND logic when all must match, or use Premium's OR operator when any of the specified conditions can qualify. Range assistance works with price, quantity, volume, volumetric or dimension-based ranges. Seven date and time selectors cover the day of the week, day of the month, year, full date and time-related conditions.

Choose how products enter rule calculations

Product grouping changes what the selectors evaluate. Leave products ungrouped, group matching products by ID or SKU, combine variations of the same product, group by shipping class, or put all products into a single group.

For example, the Packer algorithm fits products into shipping boxes that you define. Volumetric selectors and ranges support calculations based on volumetric measures. Advanced flow controls can skip rules conditionally or skip products on later rules; advanced minimum and maximum calculations can also reset earlier results.

Control methods and checkout messages

Hide other methods offered by this extension, WooCommerce's native methods or third-party methods. Premium can apply coupons conditionally, rename a shipping method, add a subtitle or helper text, display messages as WooCommerce notices, and add order notes when the method is used. It can also change cart total messages when no shipping settings are available. Mathematical expressions and formulas are available for rate calculations.

Use multicurrency rates and move configurations

Multicurrency support includes the official WooCommerce multi-currency plugin, WPML with WCML MultiCurrency, Aelia, WOOCS, Multi Currency for WC and WP Wham Currency Switcher. Let exchange rates convert shipping costs, or set custom rates for each currency. Calculations use the currency and measurement units configured in WooCommerce.

Set up a shipping method

After activation, follow the setup wizard through the WooCommerce screens and choose a preconfigured sample or start with custom rules. In the shipping method configuration, select conditions and product grouping, then define calculation and display behavior. Review the calculation log to see how rules are applied.
