Use the sheet to organize leads, contact inquiries, bookings, registrations, or customer data. Each form can connect to a different spreadsheet, and PRO supports multiple feeds per form. Plugin options also provide access to the connected spreadsheet and field-to-column mapping.
Manage fields, existing entries, and sheet layout
- Create column headers automatically from form fields.
- Synchronize previously submitted Elementor, Elementor Atomic Form, or MetForm entries.
- Edit, reorder, enable, or disable fields before synchronization.
- Capture submission time, IP address, browser information, and additional metadata.
- Freeze header rows, tailor header colors, and apply alternate row styling.
Authentication and feed setup
First, connect Google Sheets using Google OAuth 2.0, manual Google API configuration, or Service Account authentication. One-time Google authentication supports continuous synchronization.
Enter the Google Sheet name, Sheet ID, tab name, and tab ID in the add-on settings or in the Elementor Form editor. In the editor, open Actions After Submit and choose GSheetConnector.
Prepare the spreadsheet with column headers that match the form field labels when needed. PRO can create headers from the form fields; you can also select which fields to sync and set their order. Submit a test form to confirm that a new row reaches the connected sheet in real time.
This workflow can keep incoming leads ready for follow-up, maintain shared booking or registration entries, or organize customer information. Existing entries can be synced when moving an established form workflow to Sheets, while frozen headers and row styling help keep the spreadsheet readable.
