Payment and donation management for WordPress

Paymattic Pro is a paid WordPress payment and donation add-on for websites that need to collect one-time payments, subscriptions, and recurring donations. It combines customizable payment forms with utilities for customer and donor management, giving organizations a central way to handle transactions and fundraising activity.

The extension supports practical payment processes for products, services, memberships, fundraising campaigns, and other uses where visitors need to select an amount, select payment entries, or make a donation. Forms can include payment summaries so customers can review their selections on the selling page.

Paid payment capabilities

Paymattic Pro includes subscription payments through Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Moneris. This makes it possible to build recurring payment workflows instead of relying only on one-time transactions. The plugin also includes tabular product items with three integrated layout templates and a payment summary positioned at the bottom of the form.

For offers and checkout workflows, Pro includes custom coupons. You can set expiry dates and minimum purchase amounts, along with the available coupon customizations. Tax calculation is also included, allowing you to choose a tax percentage based on your location and apply the resulting amount to selected products.

Donation and donor workflows

Paymattic supports one-time donations, guest donations, pre-built donation templates, and donation progress bars. A default donation amount can be highlighted alongside other available amounts, helping present a clear choice to donors. Subscription payments and recurring donations are useful for campaigns that need ongoing contributions rather than isolated gifts.

The plugin also provides customer and donor management features, including customer profiles, a customer dashboard, and a donor leaderboard. These tools help organize information around contributors and give your payment or fundraising process a more structured workflow.

Reporting and form tools

Paymattic Pro includes an advanced payment reports dashboard. It presents total revenue, weekly revenue, total customers, and new customers in a week. It also provides views for revenue by period, revenue breakdown, payment methods, payment status, top customers, and recent activities.

Forms can be created and customized with pre-built payment or donation templates, payment items, multiple columns, and form fields. The plugin supports form import and export, making it easier to move or reuse forms. Currency options include support for 135+ integrated currencies. Security-related settings listed for the plugin include reCAPTCHA V2 and V3, Honeypot, and Cloudflare Turnstile.
