Dynamic Pricing With Discount Rules for WooCommerce Pro and Premium let store owners set promotional prices using product, quantity, cart, and customer conditions. The add-on applies discounts through virtual coupons, so coupon options must be enabled on the website.

Set up a pricing rule

Install and activate the add-on, then open Pricing Rules in the WordPress dashboard and choose Add New Rule. If you need to target a focused group of products, create a product list first. For each rule, set its name, customer-facing discount label, priority, product list, discount type, and value. When multiple rules affect the same products, priority helps determine which rule applies first.

Choose products and conditions

Product lists can target specific products or taxonomies and exclude selected products, including products on sale. Rules can discount product prices, cart totals, or entry quantities. Choose a fixed-price or percentage discount and add quantity or range conditions. A rule can contain multiple discounts, including tiered pricing for quantity-based purchases.

Customer conditions can limit an offer to registered customers, selected visitor roles, or an individual customer. Rules can also use order counts, spending amounts, last-order amounts, shipment methods, or payment methods. Usage limits can apply to selected users, user roles, or discount rules.

Add gifts and quantity offers

The paid Pro and Premium editions include settings for more involved promotions. Gift offers can add a selected product or let customers pick from a set of gift items. BOGO rules can apply to products or categories. Other options discount the cheapest product, an nth quantity, or a selected number of items.

Schedule and display offers

Schedule discounts for upcoming dates and set multiple start and end periods. Pro capabilities also include weekend discounts and deals. On the storefront, quantity rules can appear in pricing tables, including variation pricing tables. Customize table titles, layouts, and border colors.

Show offer text on product detail pages, use sale badges with customizable styles, or add a discount timer with selectable styles for time-limited promotions. Shortcodes can list active discounted products or specific rules and discounts.
