The Pro edition expands the automation library and Uncanny Agent usage. Monthly usage refreshes automatically, and Anytime usage can be used for business analysis, content creation, page building, and everyday site management.

Build recipes around site activity

Recipes can support eCommerce, learning management, memberships, forms, communications, and data synchronization. A purchase can add a customer to a list, enroll a learner in a course, or grant membership access. Course completion can trigger a certificate or a follow-up action.

Form submissions from WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Contact Form 7, Forminator, and Ninja Forms can start self-service processes. Send form submissions and site activity to Google Sheets, a CRM, or another service through webhooks. Supported connections include WooCommerce, LearnDash, LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and more.

Pro expands the available triggers, actions, and tokens to include premium WordPress plugins and external apps. Dynamic data tokens let recipes use changing information from the site to personalize their actions.

Conditions branch a recipe according to criteria. Delays pause it before the next action, schedules let it run at a specified time, and loops process visitors or posts in bulk. Pro also includes unlimited app automations without per-task fees.

Use AI for site tasks and pages

Uncanny Agent is a conversational assistant that understands your site and can complete tasks on your behalf. It can answer questions about site activity, help with business analysis, suggest SEO improvements, create content, generate code snippets, and assist with site management. Uncanny Page Builder uses Agent usage to create pages from plain-language descriptions.

1. Install the Uncanny Automator plugin in WordPress.
2. Create a free account and connect the plugin to use the available AI and automation capabilities.
3. Upgrade to the Pro edition for the expanded automation library, advanced workflow controls, expanded Agent usage, and unlimited app automations.
4. Create a recipe by choosing triggers and actions, then configure any needed conditions, delays, schedules, loops, or dynamic tokens.

Higher plans may add multisite support, selected addons, and Elite Integrations such as Salesforce and QuickBooks Online. The plan determines which additional options are available.
